FTIR analysis: buffer (water / diluent), sample (protein / peptide), background empty instrument single-beam spectra.  If single beam spectra are not available, please upload absorbance for buffer and absorbance for sample.  If you have collected a vapor file, please upload it as well.

RAMAN / ROA or CD: buffer (water / diluent), sample (protein / peptide).  For CD, please indicate concentration and path length used for measurements.
